This PE PVDF Painted Aluminum Coil is specifically developed for premium Gutter Systems, featuring the industry-standard RAL 9016 Traffic White and RAL 9005 Jet Black finishes. Engineered with high-performance 3003-H24 aluminum alloy, these coils provide the ideal balance of structural rigidity and flexibility, ensuring a smooth 0T-2T bending process without surface cracking during roll-forming.
The advanced PVDF (Fluorocarbon) coating offers superior UV resistance and color retention for over 20 years, while the PE (Polyester) option provides a cost-effective, high-gloss solution for standard residential projects. With precision slitting capabilities for widths such as 267mm and 300mm, our color-coated material meets the strict technical requirements of modern architectural drainage. Each coil undergoes rigorous testing for coating thickness, hardness, and MEK resistance to ensure consistent quality for global export.
To meet different project requirements and environmental conditions, we provide two primary coating systems:
