The 8079-O ultra-high-purity aluminum foil with automotive-grade high-reflective layer (0.05 mm thickness, 600–1600 mm customizable width, nano-ceramic + IR-reflective + embossed surface) is the global performance & luxury car industry’s ultimate material for engine bay, exhaust and battery heat shields.
Alloy 8079-O: purity > 99.99 %, elongation > 14 %, zero pinhole.
High-reflective ceramic coating: infrared reflectivity ≥ 80 %, withstands 900 °C continuous, 1100 °C peak.
Embossed pattern + adhesive option: perfect formability, vibration-proof.
Result: heat shields that cut under-hood temperature by up to 120 °C, reduce component aging 70 %, and install 75 % faster than traditional stainless or titanium shields.
