The 8011-H18 high-purity aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor anode (0.006–0.015 mm thickness, 600–900 mm width, tunnel-etch + formation corrosion anode surface) is the world’s most advanced high-capacitance foil for medium & high-voltage electrolytic capacitors.
Purity > 99.95 %, cubic texture > 95 % → ultra-high tunnel density > 30 million/cm².
Multi-stage DC + AC corrosion + widening + formation → specific capacitance 110–130 μF/cm² (120–150 V).
Meets IEC 60384-4, JIS C 5101, RoHS/REACH.
Result: capacitors that deliver 5000 h at 105 °C, 30 % higher volumetric efficiency, and support 50 % faster winding speed than Japanese competitors.
